- What is automation consulting?
- Automation consulting is an engagement where a specialist maps your team's repetitive work, recommends which tasks are worth automating, and scopes the builds that will save you the most time. You leave with a prioritised plan — and the option to have us build the first tool for you.
- How is consulting different from just requesting a build?
- A build request assumes you already know which task to automate. Consulting is for when you are not sure — when you have too much manual work to know where to start, or you want an outside view on where automation will actually pay off before you spend money on it.
- Do we have to buy a build after the consult?
- No. The roadmap and recommendations are yours to keep. If a candidate is worth building, we quote a fixed price and you decide. The consult fee for the Process Audit tier is credited toward your first build if you proceed.
- What does automation consulting cost?
- A focused quick consult is included with any build you commission. A standalone process audit is a flat fee that is credited toward your first build. A full multi-function engagement is quoted per scope. Contact us for current pricing.
- Is this an automation consultancy or a software vendor?
- Neither on its own. We are a done-for-you automation service: we advise on what to automate, then build and run the tools we recommend. You get the consulting view and the working tool from the same team, so there is no hand-off gap between plan and delivery.
